spectacular view of Mount Fuji, beautiful hotel gardens, excellent onsen facilities
The décor feels its age, definitely needs modernization!!! Rooms lack adequate seating on balconies, would be nice to relax outdoors!!!

The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking, especially the sight of Mt. Fuji right from our window. The breakfast served was delicious, with a lovely mix of Japanese and Western options that really stood out. The hot spring baths were a nice way to unwind after a day out exploring the area. However, the overall decor of the place did feel a bit outdated, and there were some noises from the street at night that were somewhat distracting.

Had an awesome time with friends! We enjoyed stunning views while we played tennis and visited the nearby amusement park. The room was nice and clean, and the garden views were relaxing. Definitely recommend checking out the breakfast on the top floor for fantastic views too.
One downside was the shower. it had weak water pressure which made it less enjoyable than expected.

The hotel had a nostalgic charm from the 1960s, with lovely gardens and delightful views that made me feel like a queen relaxing in her castle. Accessibility was great, and the shuttle made getting around easy.
Additional dining options nearby would be great.
